I called Dr. Defog-It to have a look at my windows and was told they are badly failed. I was disappointed and asked what I could do. I was told they would vent the windows and hold off on replacement until the venting was complete. After several weeks, about half of the windows were clear and the rest had no change. I called Dr. Defog-It out again and they replaced the windows that did not clear and gave me a credit for the money I spent on defogging. Now all my windows are clear and I paid only 1/2 price.
